Anke 2300W Gallium Nitride Outdoor Power Supply is a portable energy storage power supply with a pull rod. The outdoor power supply is equipped with a built-in 2048Wh lithium iron phosphate battery, supporting 2300W inverter output and 2200W charging input. The battery protection tube is from CR Micro, model CRSS042N10N, which is an NMOS with a withstand voltage of 100V and a conductivity of 3.6m Ω, packaged in TO263. Solder joints are protected by adhesive, and a thermistor is arranged in the middle of the MOS tube to detect temperature rise.

The welding of large-area copper strips on the negative copper foil of the battery increases the current carrying capacity. Eight 2m Ω sampling resistors packaged in 2512 are used to detect the output current of the battery pack.

The other two MOS transistors are from China Resources Microelectronics, model CRJQ30N60G2F, which is a 600V high junction NMOS with a resistance of 28m Ω and packaged in TO247. Four tubes are divided into fast and slow half bridges to form a totem pole PFC circuit.
The primary control chip comes from TI Texas Instruments, model TL2844B, which is a high-performance current mode PWM controller used for switching power supply control.
The 7812 three terminal voltage regulator chip from Jiangsu Changjing/Changdian is used to provide 12V voltage regulation output.
The main control chip comes from TI Texas Instruments and is a C2000 series real-time microcontroller with the model TMS320F280025PNS. The chip is equipped with a 32-bit DSP core, with a main frequency of 100MHz, and integrates FPU and TMU internally. It also has 128KB flash memory. On the back of the bidirectional inverter circuit board, six isolation driver chips are soldered, from TI Texas Instruments, model UCC21520. It is a dual isolation driver that supports dual low side, high side, and half bridge applications, with 4A pull current and 6A sink current output. It adopts capacitive isolation and has an isolation capability of 5700Vrms.
