Return Guide

If you need to apply for a return, please follow the steps below within one natural day of receiving the goods.

1) Log in to the Hua Nian Mall;

2) Enter the personal center, click on the order center - after-sales application.

3) Select the "Apply for After sales" button on the right side of the product that needs to be returned to initiate a return request.

4) Fill out after-sales application

We will review your return and refund request within 1 to 2 business days.

If you encounter any problems during the return process, you can contact Huanian customer service for assistance.

 

 

Return criteria

1. Within 3 natural days of receiving the goods, the customer shall ensure that the product packaging, accessories, and instructions are complete and free from any human damage, which shall not affect secondary sales;
Within 3 natural days of receiving the goods, the customer discovers that the product has performance faults that are not caused by human factors.

We have the right to refuse customers' return requests in the following situations:

Non product quality issues;

If a return request is made after more than 3 natural days from the date of receipt;

The returned product is incomplete, incomplete, or severely damaged;

There is no valid purchase voucher or document when returning the goods;

Improper operation or failure to follow the instructions in the manual has caused serious product quality problems;

After contacting Huanian to confirm the return service, the corresponding product was not shipped within 3 natural days;

 

Refund time

1) If the order has not been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 business day. When the return application is approved, Hua Nian Hui will refund the payment in the original way.

2) If the order has been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 business days. If the return application is approved and the returned product meets the return criteria after testing, Hua Nian Hui will refund the payment in the original way.

 

 

Points cancellation

 

If the order is refunded, the points earned from this order will be cancelled.
