MA series alloy resistor
Features: Featuring ultra-low resistance (0.5m Ω~100m Ω), high power (up to 3W), made of alloy materials such as manganese copper and iron chromium aluminum, with low temperature coefficient (± 50ppm/℃) and high stability, suitable for high current detection scenarios such as power modules, battery management systems (BMS), and motor drives.
Application: Electric vehicle charging module, industrial inverter, high-precision current sampling circuit.
Metal alloy resistor series
Features: High temperature resistance (55 ℃~+170 ℃), sulfur corrosion resistance, in line with AECQ200 vehicle specifications, accuracy up to ± 0.5%~± 5%, resistance range covering milliohms to tens of ohms.
Application: Automotive electronics (such as ECU, BMS), industrial control equipment.
Ultra low resistance chip resistor series
Features: Low resistance value below 1m Ω, small size (such as 0402 and 0603 packages), low thermal resistance, low power consumption, suitable for high-density PCB design.
Applications: New energy battery management system, fast charging module, drone power management.
High power current sampling resistor series
Features: Power range of 2W~15W, designed with metal plate or special heat dissipation structure, resistant to high current impact, such as SR series bare copper shunt, resistance of 0.2m Ω~5m Ω

Precision Thin Film Resistance Series (TR Series)
Features: High precision (± 0.1%~± 0.5%), low temperature drift (± 15ppm/℃~± 50ppm/℃), using vacuum sputtering technology, resistance range of 10 Ω~1M Ω, suitable for high-precision signal processing.
Applications: Medical instruments, testing instruments, audio circuits.
Low temperature drift current sampling resistor series
Features: The temperature coefficient is as low as ± 25ppm/℃, and it has passed high temperature and high humidity tests (85 ℃/85% RH) to ensure stability over a wide temperature range.
Application: Aerospace equipment, precision measuring instruments.
Surface mounted current sampling resistor series
Features: Diverse packaging (0402~2512), easy installation, balancing electrical performance and mechanical strength, supporting four terminal Kelvin connection to reduce errors.
Applications: Consumer electronics products (such as mobile fast charging), portable devices.
Other supplementary series
CRH series thick film resistors: high-power thick film surface mount resistors, suitable for current detection of electronic keyboards, drones and other equipment, with a wide range of resistance values and a power of up to 1/8W~3W.
VTR series thin film resistors: high-precision thin film surface mount resistors with an accuracy of ± 0.5%, used in medical equipment and sensor signal conditioning.
Selection suggestions
Resistance matching: Select the resistance value based on the current range and voltage drop requirements, for example, a 1m Ω resistor is suitable for 100A current sampling.
Environmental adaptability: Metal alloy resistors are preferred for high temperature scenarios, and parasitic inductance should be considered for high-frequency circuits.
Packaging and heat dissipation: High power applications require PCB copper foil heat dissipation, such as 2512 packaging, which requires a copper foil area of ≥ 100mm ².
